Regional Account Manager – Western U.S.
Ms. Lamper has over 9 years of experience in electronic monitoring technology and services. As Regional Account Manager for the Western U.S., Ms. Lamper manages an expanding portfolio of programs by leveraging her extensive experience in customer support and training. A highly proficient expert in monitoring software systems and training, Ms. Lamper is regularly deployed to support high-profile product tutorials and implementations around the country.
Ms. Lamper began her EM career as a Monitoring Center Representative in 2012 where she was quickly promoted to Tier 1 Customer Support Services. Her outstanding performance in both roles led to her being asked to join Track Group’s Account Management team in 2014. Ms. Lamper has chaired and co-developed several software development projects aimed at improving user experience and operational efficiency in electronic monitoring programs. Ms. Lamper holds an associate’s degree from Salt Lake City Community College.
