Mr. Denny has been delivering outsourced Justice Services globally for over 19 years. In Scotland, he had responsibility for the national Court Custody & Prisoner Escorting, and Electronic Monitoring services. He also formed part of a multi-stakeholder working group focussed on judicial and policy reform, in particular relation to electronic monitoring. His involvement in electronic monitoring since 2002 has seen him deliver or consult on projects across the United Kingdom, Europe, Australasia, Africa, and the Americas. During this time, he has worked with all notable equipment providers. More recently, David directed the successful bids, transitions and operations of the Court Security & Custodial Services (CS&CS) in Western Australia, Parklea Correctional Complex in New South Wales, and Electronic Monitoring Services to Queensland Police. These initiatives lead into David’s key motivator as a justice professional. Qualified in Criminal Justice, Mr. Denny continues to focus on policies and initiatives that encourage desistance and reduce incarceration. An experienced senior leader with a strong track record for developing and growing businesses, his key strengths include delivering strategy and profitable growth, managing complex contracts, transitions and operations, relationship development and management, culture change and employee engagement, commercial negotiation and management, and strong work ethic and integrity. Mr. Denny holds a BA Hons in Economics & Marketing from the University of Paisley in Scotland and has a post-graduate in Criminal Justice from Glasgow Law School.
