Regional Account Manager – West
Ms. Green has 14 years of experience in the criminal justice field and the Electronic Monitoring industry. She brings an extensive background in case management, compliance monitoring, and dealing with a magnitude of complex client program plans. Before joining TrackGroup, Ms. Green worked as a case manager for several counties in Washington and has account management, inventory management, and a strong customer service background. During her time in case management, she utilized Track Group equipment making a smooth transition into her initial employment with us as the dedicated Account Manager of Washington state. Since then she is responsible for all aspects of Track Group’s contract performance in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, and Hawaii. Her drive to understand the technology in other departments only strengthens her abilities as an Account Manager.
