Senior Account Manager
Ms. Bellman has over 15 years of experience in community corrections operations management and has overseen some of the largest electronic monitoring programs in the country. As Senior Account Manager, Ms. Bellman is responsible for supporting and maintaining government contracts throughout Michigan, Indiana & Kentucky totaling over $6M in annual revenue. Prior to joining the Track Group family in 2016, Ms. Bellman served as Electronic Monitoring Coordinator for Marion County Community Corrections where she excelled in operations management and navigating real-world program dynamics. Ms. Bellman began her extensive criminal justice career at the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department as an Evidence Technician. Ms. Bellman is certified in evidence-based practices, validated risk assessment tools, and is regarded as an industry expert in GPS Analytics. Ms. Bellman holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University.
