Regional Account Manager – Northeast
Mrs. Chambers has been an Account Manager with Track Group for over 8 years. Previously a Key Account Manager for the Virginia Department of Corrections, and currently the Regional Account Manager for the Northeastern Region. Mrs. Chambers is responsible for new program deployment, customer training, service, and technical support to over 50 unique community corrections organizations. She has facilitated complex data integration projects with state organizations, business intelligence and case management software. Before joining Track Group, Mrs. Chambers worked with the Virginia Department of Corrections for 5½ years. There, she was responsible for training officers across the state on new technology and oversaw the centralization of the state’s voice recognition program. Mrs. Chambers has experience in case management, community corrections and institutions. Mrs. Chambers holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
