Regional Account Manager – Northeast
Mr. Law joins the Track Group family with 7 years of experience supporting electronic monitoring programs across the Northeastern U.S. As Regional Account Manager, Mr. Law is responsible for new program deployment, on-site training, service, and technical support to over 80 unique community corrections organizations. Mr. Law is proficient in Integrated Voice Response systems, supporting one of the country’s largest state-level IVR programs. He is also experienced with Unix Database, SQL Query, and co-managed the deployment of one of the largest federal EM programs to Track Group’s FedRAMP certified data center. Mr. Law has facilitated complex data integration projects with local police, business intelligence and case management platforms. Mr. Law holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from North Central College and uses his unique background to both educate and successfully implement some of the most integrated EM programs in the country.
