Regional Account Manager – Central
Ms. Lynn began her criminal justice career in Philadelphia, PA supporting field operations and software integration to one of the largest juvenile justice programs in the U.S. As Regional Account Manager for the Central US, Ms. Lynn is responsible for all aspects of Track Group’s contract performance in Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma & Texas. She has extensive experience with implementation planning, including policy, staffing, scheduling, training, enrollment, installation, reporting, inventory, troubleshooting, and program transition. Since 2016, Ms. Lynn has worked hands-on supporting electronic monitoring programs and co-managed the deployment of one of the largest federal EM programs to Track Group’s FedRAMP certified data center. Ms. Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University.
