Regional Account Manager – Southeast
Mrs. Johnston has over 17 years of experience in probation and community corrections, overseeing some of the largest electronic monitoring programs in the country. As Regional Account Manager for the Southeast, Mrs. Johnston is responsible for account retention, training, and support to over 75 unique government agencies and contractors providing electronic monitoring technology and services. Before joining Track Group, Mrs. Johnston served as a Juvenile Surveillance Officer in Michigan and as an Adult Probation Officer for Marion Superior Court Probation Department in Indianapolis, Indiana. During her time at Track Group, Mrs. Johnston has held positions as Case Manager, Supervisor, and Account Manager obtaining technical expertise with electronic monitoring hardware and software, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and numerous on-site program transitions. Mrs. Johnston holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
