Mr. Hathcock has over 20 years of leadership and customer service experience within his professional career. As Regional Account Manager for the Western U.S., Mr. Hathcock manages an expanding portfolio of programs by leveraging his extensive experience in customer support and training. He is responsible for all aspects of Track Group’s contract performance in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, and Hawaii. Mr. Hathcock is responsible for new program deployment, on-site training, service, and technical support. Mr. Hathcock uses his professional development and background to support field operations and technology integrations for some of the largest electronic monitoring programs in the country.
